Day 1.5

And I'm off! My plane that was scheduled to leave a 9:05 but due to lack of power and weather we left at 10:15. This was fine as the people I was going to meet up with's plane was 2 hours late. After a very turbulent ride I arrived in London! I meet up with the two other girls and drove via taxi the hour into down town London. I dont really feel like its London yet. We've seen dirty streets, a mix of old and new buildings, nice shops, and cute busses. But it feels like I could be in Baltimore. I haven't had the chance to see any real sites- Big Ben, A Phonebooth, or any classic London things. Overall London seems cute, quaint and very different from America. Size of rooms and cars doesn't matter. You buy your food goods and carry them home. No one has a car. You walk.
